What this covers

This policy covers visits to revenuearcade.com and information sent through the project-intake experience. It does not describe services that may later be covered by a separate project agreement or privacy notice.

Information you choose to provide

The project-intake form asks for a contact name, business or organization name, work email, project details, value model, recurring work, relevant systems, timeline, budget range, and the person responsible for approval. A current website or online presence is optional.

That information is used to review the opportunity, decide whether it fits Revenue Arcade's work, respond with a next step, and maintain necessary records of the inquiry. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing list.

Website and security information

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Web, security, and server logs may temporarily contain technical information such as request time, requested route, browser or device details, IP address, and security signals. The intake implementation is designed not to place complete form submissions in URLs, analytics events, console logs, or error telemetry.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand page use and a small set of conversion events. Google Analytics may process device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, page interactions, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar browser storage. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site configuration. Form-field values and submission contents are not sent as analytics event data.

Service providers and delivery

Information may be processed by providers used to host, secure, measure, and deliver the website or its project inquiries. The production intake form will remain unavailable until an approved server-side notification path, spam controls, and failure handling are configured. Revenue Arcade does not intentionally publish project submissions.

Retention and choices

No fixed retention period is stated while the final submission mechanism remains under review. Retention will depend on the approved delivery system, the status of an inquiry, security needs, and applicable obligations.
