These terms apply to the Revenue Arcade public website. Revenue Arcade is a brand operated by Blok Digital.

Informational website
The website describes Revenue Arcade's current direction, working methods, and projects in development. It is not an offer, a quote, or a promise that a particular project, integration, result, or delivery date is available.
Products in development
The Website Operator and other described capabilities are in development. Demonstrations are illustrative. Site-specific permissions, drafted changes, staging previews, named-human approval, action history, and rollback are design requirements—not a claim that every future integration is already available.
Project inquiries
Sending a project inquiry does not create a client relationship, acceptance, confidentiality agreement, or obligation to proceed. Scope, economics, responsibilities, ownership, security requirements, and any confidentiality commitments must be agreed separately in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, probe systems without authorization, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or send malicious code. Automated access should respect published technical controls.
Site materials
The Revenue Arcade name, visual identity, writing, software demonstrations, and other site materials may not be copied or presented as another party's work. Ordinary links to public pages are welcome.
External services
The site relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, security, analytics, and potentially an approved inquiry-delivery mechanism. Those services may have their own terms and availability. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not make their content part of this website.
